How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data from the Gigawork platform, you can do so by contacting us using the method below. We will process your request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

What Data Can Be Deleted

Upon receiving a valid data deletion request, we can delete the following categories of data:

• Account data. Your business account information, including name, email, team members, and configuration settings.
• Agent data. Your agents and their messaging channel connections, including goals, tasks, criteria, guardrail settings, and agent configuration.
• Payment data. Payment references and proofs of payment you uploaded, except what tax or accounting law requires us to keep.
• Message data. Conversation history, message content, and associated metadata stored on our platform across all connected channels.
• Resource data. Uploaded documents, extracted text, derived metadata, embeddings, and all associated processing artifacts.
• Usage data. Platform interaction logs and operational data tied to your account.
• Verification data. Device signals, derived attributes, and attempt records collected during phone verification.
• Contact data. If you are a contact who has communicated with a business through Gigawork, we can delete message records and identifier data associated with your conversations.

For Contacts of Businesses Using Gigawork

If you have communicated with a business through a messaging channel and that business uses the Gigawork platform, your messages and contact identifier (phone number, email address, or platform-specific ID) may be stored on our platform. You can request deletion of this data by emailing privacy@gigawork.app with your identifier and, if known, the business you communicated with.

Processing Timeline

We will acknowledge your deletion request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving a verified request. In some cases, we may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

Limitations

Certain data may be retained even after a deletion request in the following circumstances:

• Data required to comply with legal obligations or regulatory requirements
• Data necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
• Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you
